Tyler’s Euro Nymphing Success

ILFF Ambassador Tyler Green went to explore some new water on a favorite stream where he and a mate had good success euro nymphing. Here is the story in his own words:

“I headed out with mate of mine to explore some different water on a stream I’ve fished a few times. I’d normally fish the lower reaches but today I felt like heading up a little higher. When came across some nice fish and I managed to sight a nice brownie which aggressively munched on a pink bead fly instead of the mayfly pattern I had on below. We pricked a few more and a few more victims fell to the net. We found most of our fish In fast and more oxygenated water so we focused on euro nymphing. Overall I ended up having the best results I’d ever had on the stream.“
