  • Free Delivery (New Zealand Addresses)

We offer free delivery for orders over the stipulated value to addresses within New Zealand.

  • Shipping for Addresses Outside New Zealand

Shipping charges will apply to all orders being shipped to addresses outside of New Zealand. To inquire about shipping costs to international destinations, please send an email to . We will provide you with the necessary information to proceed with your order.

  • Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via a courier or NZ Post. Please allow sufficient time for delivery, depending on the shipping method and whether the goods are being sent to a rural address. We will inform you of the shipping method and the date of shipment through your provided email address. In case of courier shipment, we will also provide you with a tracking number.

  • Non-Arrival of Goods

Once the goods have been shipped, our obligation is considered complete. If you have any concerns regarding the non-arrival of goods, it is your responsibility to initiate the inquiry process at

  • Delays During Transit

Please note that we do not have control over any subsequent delays that may occur during transit. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, any delays beyond our control are not our responsibility.

  • Order Processing Time: 

We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.


  • Shipping Calculation and Payment

For all orders placed from outside Australasia, the shipping cost will be calculated and invoiced separately after order placement. The shipping cost invoice must be paid in full before the order is shipped. If any New Zealand tax is charged on the purchase invoice, it will be credited back on the shipping cost invoice.

  • International Tracked Courier

All orders from outside Australasia will be quoted in NZ$ and shipped using an international tracked courier service. To ensure accurate delivery, please provide a full physical address including zip code, email address, and telephone number. If you have any additional information to include, please provide it at the time of order.

  • Duty and Taxes

Please be aware that you may be required to pay duty and taxes when importing the goods into your country. These costs are solely your responsibility.
