CEMENT - 20ml. Dries clear, flexible and water insoluble. Apply cement directly to head or base of hackle. Dries quickly, however allow 24hrs for full drying. Thin with Kee Wee Pee Thinner - FLAMMABLE. THINNER - 20ml. Mix thinner with the Kee Wee Pee Acrylic Water-Based Head Cement in sufficient quantity to achieve desired viscosity. FLAMMABLE.
