Secure Gateways: To protect your financial security, all online transactions are processed off-site using industry-standard, secure payment gateways. We accept payments via Windcave, ZIP, PayPal, or Direct Bank Transfer.

Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy: All shipping rates, delivery areas, and handling rules are governed by our separate [Shipping & Delivery Policy]. Free delivery thresholds apply strictly to valid New Zealand residential and rural addresses.

International Destinations: Currently, we only ship to New Zealand and Australia. We do not accept orders for direct shipping to destinations outside of Australasia. Visiting anglers travelling to NZ from abroad can arrange to have gear shipped to their local accommodation in advance by contacting us before ordering.

Liability & Claims: In compliance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, we maintain responsibility for the transit safety of your items until they are successfully delivered to your specified delivery address. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at johan@iloveflyfishing.kiwi immediately so we can manage the claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or remedy.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Warranties

Returns & Exchanges: We do not offer cash refunds for simple change of mind or wrong selections. Sizing exchanges and store credits are available for full-price items returned within 10 working days, subject to the items being in a brand-new, resaleable condition with original tags and packaging intact. Sale/clearance items are final sale.

Statutory Guarantees: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Faulty goods will be fully remedied (repaired, replaced, or refunded) as required by law.
