IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Your Cassette Reel - A Great Choice
Do not store a cassette on the reel spool. The reel spool has an 'O' ring which is necessary to secure the cassette. If the cassette is stored on the spool it may become difficult to pull off and damage to the 'O' ring may result.
Keep the arbor lubed, Vaseline is suitable. When removing the spool from the frame ensure the directional disk in the frame does not come out of the frame. The directional disc can be seen under an O ring, it has two holes in it, opposite each other, that the spool locks into when fitted into the frame. Changing the cassette: the outer side of the cassette has four locating lugs.
