The high-modulus Japanese Carboflex 430 blank has been covered with a matt finish. It does not reflect the light that may spook the fish. The perfect spacing and size of TITANIUM TM guides makes the action even and extremely fast. Smooth, harmonious deflection makes retreiving the fish safe and secure reducing greatly the risk of loss. The rod uses a handle made of Portuguese AAAA cork finished with a durable mixture of cork and rubber. The reel seat is made of durable aluminum using CNC technology. The base of the handle is a strong, ultra-light carbon fiber sleeve. Thoughtful and professional selection of all the elements that make up the construction of the GST NYMPH rods provide for a perfect rod that will satisfy the most experienced of competition fishers. The rod travels safely in a divided cordura tube and a soft cover.
