Javi tungsten bodies are used by tiers to make flies heavier than classic ones tied only with tungsten beads. The Javi bodies are almost 2 times heavy than a bead in the same diameter. Think of these as extra, extra heavy beads. The tapered shape of the Tungsten Javi Beads solves the problem of making a smooth body to head transition behind the bead.  This creates a more naturally shaped fly.
