I have long dreamt of exploring the headwaters of this river after hearing tales of big trout. I have looked at countless maps and researched the access. I didn’t make it up into the forest fly fish this season. Instead I went exploring with a group of friends from the end of the public road up to where I want to start at some point in the future. This is the story of our adventure.
