Adam had some great fishing stripping off the beach at night in Lake Taupo at the Waitahanui Stream. Two 9lb fish before finishing with a 10lb fish. The one in the pic is 9lb taken on a stripped woolly bugger. Great fishing!!

It wasn't until 2018 that I got into trout fishing and it wasn't til 2020 that I got into the fly fishing and haven't gone back since. I spend my weekends trekking around the backcountry of the central north island. I look forward to getting into some salt water stuff in the future and improving my overall skill and knowledge,
